Return your empty jar and receive $1 off your next purchase for each jar returned, up to 5 jars per visit (that’s $5 off). Clean jars can be returned in-store and will be reused or responsibly repurposed.

• Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn
  
  A shorter wick gives you a cleaner, steadier flame. It reduces soot, mushrooming, and that smoky smell nobody asked for.

• Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn
  
  This “sets the memory” of your candle. Skipping this step can cause tunnelling, where wax gets wasted along the sides.

• Burn for 2–4 hours at a time
  
  Longer burns overheat the wax and wick, which affects scent throw and shortens the candle’s life. Less is more here.

• Always place your candle on a heat-safe, stable surface
  
  Jars get hot. Surfaces don’t forgive. Protect your furniture.

• Never leave a candle unattended
  
  Self-explanatory. Vibes are not worth a fire hazard.

• Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains
  
  At this point, the heat is too close to the base and can damage the jar or surface underneath.

• Are your fragrances phthalate-free?

Yes. All our candles and room sprays are made using phthalate-free fragrance oils.

• What wax do you use for your candles?

We use soy wax for all our candles.

• How long do your candles burn?

Burn time depends on the candle size:
100g candle: approximately 24 hours
210g candle: approximately 45 hours

• Are your workshops suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. All our workshops are fully guided and beginner-friendly. No prior experience needed.

• Can I reschedule a workshop?

Yes. Workshops can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Do you offer refunds for workshops?

Yes, refunds are allowed provided 24 hours’ notice is given before the session.

• Do you offer group pricing for workshops?

Yes, group pricing is available for 10 participants and above. For more details, just text us.
